Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users with roles for admins, office managers and pumpers. Read-only viewer accounts for your accountant, partners or attorney are free too.
Are plugged wells billed?
No. The per-well price counts every well except plugged ones.
Is there a contract?
No. WellCollar is month-to-month. The only one-time charge is onboarding, where we build your well portfolio before your first login.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days on every plan. The Phone Attendant's phone number is set up once your subscription starts.
What does onboarding cost?
$750 up to 25 wells, $1,500 up to 100, $3,000 up to 300, and quoted above that.
Is there a discount for large operators?
Wells above 300 are billed at 25% off the per-well rate.
Is the Phone Attendant included in Complete?
No. Phone Attendant ($149 a month, 200 minutes) and Phone Attendant Pro ($249 a month, 500 minutes) are sold on top of any plan, Core or Complete. Extra minutes are $0.25 a minute.
Can I get the Phone Attendant without WellCollar Core?
Yes. Attendant Only is $199 a month ($299 with Pro) for operators who keep other software such as Pivoten. It includes your well list, work orders and call log, with no per-well charge and no onboarding fee: you import your own well list. Move to Core any time and your wells and work orders stay.
