Looking at iWell? See what one system looks like.
iWell is built around production data: what your pumpers record and what your tanks report. WellCollar starts with the same field data, then carries it through your state filings, your owners and your books, so nobody in the office retypes it. Here's an honest comparison, including where iWell is the better pick.

When iWell is the better fit, and when WellCollar is
Pick iWell if your top need is sensors on remote tanks and pressures, so you see levels without sending a pumper, and your accounting already lives somewhere you're happy with.
Pick WellCollar if the same numbers get typed two or three times today: once in the field, again for the state report, again for owner checks. WellCollar is run every day by Green Collar Energy, an Ohio operator, so it's built around that whole loop.
- Does the state report come straight from the pumper's numbers?
- Where do owner decimals and JIBs live, and who keeps them in sync?
- Can my pumpers work without signal?
- What does it cost all-in for every user we have?

iWell vs WellCollar: quick answers
What is the difference between iWell and WellCollar?
iWell focuses on production data: a pumper app, remote tank and pressure monitoring hardware, and production reports. WellCollar covers the field too, and adds compliance tracking, state production reports, owners, revenue distribution, JIBs and land records in the same system.
Does WellCollar sell remote monitoring sensors like iWell Remote?
No. WellCollar does not sell tank or pressure sensors today. If unattended sensor monitoring is your main need, iWell Remote is worth a look.
Can pumpers use WellCollar without cell signal?
Yes. Pumpers enter gauges, run tickets and pressures offline, and WellCollar syncs when they are back in signal.
How much does WellCollar cost?
Core starts at $4 per well per month ($199 minimum). Complete includes every module for $7 per well ($499 minimum). Unlimited users, month-to-month.
