Built for independent operators

WellCollar is for operators with roughly 20 to 1,000 wells, usually run by an owner, a bookkeeper and a few pumpers. Instead of a ticket book in the truck, a spreadsheet in the office and a separate accounting package, everyone works from the same numbers: a run ticket entered in the field is the same barrel that shows up in well P&L, owner revenue and the state production report.

State filings, built from your own records

Pick your state and the compliance calendar follows it. WellCollar builds the reports each state asks for from the tickets, meter statements and injection logs you already keep, so nobody retypes production into a state form.

• Texas: the monthly Form PR built lease by lease with an electronic file for upload, plus H-10 due dates for disposal wells. Wells and leases load from your operator number.
• Ohio: the Form 10 annual production report for every well as one bulk file, Class II disposal well quarterly reports and the annual disposal fee, idle wells and temporary inactive status, and spill reporting.
• Pennsylvania: the annual production report and quarterly mechanical integrity inspections.
• West Virginia: WR-39 annual production and bonding math.

Class II disposal wells

The disposal module covers the daily duties as well as the reports: a daily injection log checked against your permit pressure limit, MIT, shut-off and pipeline tests on a calendar, facility inspections and a hauler file. It builds Ohio's quarterly Class II report and annual disposal fee from the same records and tracks Texas H-10 due dates. We run it on our own two disposal wells.
